The best bridal party is a surprise one. First of all, there needs to be no planning from your behalf. Second of all, you do not get blamed for not inviting some of your friends. Lastly, you get to arrive as the queen and leave as a guest; this means no cleaning, and no tidying up after the mess.

You want my advice? Always go with simple attire for your bridal party dress. How else would you have so much fun with your girlfriends? You can always buy an expensive dress and wear it again on other occasions, but wouldn't that prevent you from playing crazy games at your party? My favorite bridal games are the ones that require the bride to get all dirty and sweaty such as, shave the balloons, dress the bride up, and let's dip the bride's face in her cake, game. Seriously, expect getting all filthy and hot at your party, so don't sweat it, and wear something simple. Most importantly, make sure that it is not white. In fact, why are we women, stuck on the idea of a bridal party dress? Why not bridal party jeans, or even sweat pants!

Should you have a registry for your bridal party gifts? I really can't answer that. It all depends on what you need, and how much of it have you bought already. I personally love surprises, thus I never tell my guests what to buy me. Other women on the other hand, hate having to deal with items they do not need, or even returning gifts. Now remember, there is always a chance of your bridal party gifts taking away from your wedding gift. What I mean is that your guests won't pay for an expensive gift for both your wedding and party. So, consider the option of having a no gifts at your bridal party, believe me at the end it will all equal out.
